I become uber sceptical of the debate on both sides. My issue with the post was the headline, which to me is inaccurate.

Very understandable. I not convinced the headline is inaccurate their poll does show that, even if the positive result is small. The “poll shows” at the end renders it accurate they not claiming that they asked everyone, merely saying the result of their poll is indicative.

I disagree about the “poll shows” comment if you take the headline in isolation, it would be reasonable for you to take it to be true that the majority of the public back a second referendum. The important part which is the sample size is not indicated. “Poll indicates” is accurate, canada goose black friday sale 2019 but “poll shows” is not. “Shows” suggests that its result is conclusive.

I see how the biases can be relevant and I wish it wasn like this. It like when somebody compliments a rival sports team and says which team they support. The compliment in this example should be objectively applied regardless of the bias, but I understand human nature isn like that and people generally cannot overlook their bias when reaching a conclusion. Though I get the point that it adds authenticity to the answer.
